This Junmai ginjo shu is produced by Fukuryu-sui (Fukuryu water) at Aso area with Kumamoto yeast which is discovered at Kumamoto shuzo kenkyusho as the yeast of ginjo shu in Japan.
Taste of this Junmai ginjo has mild aroma and umami with long finish which is the raciness of Junmai ginjo shu.
